Customer Connect is a website for NBU customers that allows customers to log in at any time to view their most up-to-date usage information. In order to access this new online tool, NBU customers must create a Customer Connect account.
Please enter all of the required information for your new account and click 'Register'. An activation link will then be sent to your email. Please follow the instructions in the email in order to complete the registration process and activate your new Customer Connect account.
